At Coastside Skateboards, we’re committed to making skateboarding accessible to everyone in our community.

A huge barrier to starting skateboarding is the cost of equipment—skateboards can cost over $150, plus a helmet, pads, and proper shoes!

Furthermore, Half Moon Bay doesn't have a skate shop, meaning kids need to buy equipment online or get a ride to Pacifica or San Mateo.

Our nonprofit program provides local kids with lessons, gear, and a safe space to learn and grow.
